The Men's Table is a small, private group chat, gated, moderated, and capped at 120 people, for men who want somewhere honest to bring what they're actually carrying. No performance, no pitch, no audience.

That's enforced, not just requested. Share a screenshot from this chat without the speaker's permission and you're removed on the first confirmed instance, no warning. The room only works if that's actually true, not aspirational.

Real names, real people
No anonymous accounts. This is a room for men to actually know each other, not a forum.
Listened to, not fixed
If someone shares something hard, the default response is "I hear you," not unsolicited advice, unless they ask for it.
No pitches, ever
No promoting your business, content, or book in here. Not even mine, more than once a month.
No pressure, just presence
Introduce yourself sometime in your first week: your name, one honest sentence on why you joined. No performance required.
If something heavier comes up, it's taken seriously: escalated privately and pointed toward real support, not handled out in the open thread.

Message the account directly on Instagram. Nothing public: no comments, no posts, just a private message.
A real person reads it
Every request is reviewed personally, usually within 48 hours. No bots, no auto-adds.
You're in
A short welcome DM with the chat link, and you're at the table.
Capped at 120 members. Past that, new applicants go on a waitlist and are notified as space opens. There's also a smaller, more personal layer for the men who want to go further; it isn't advertised here, details are shared privately once you're at the table.
